I have 2 private bedrooms for rent in my cute house in Brea (North OC)! I love living here and am looking for female roommates who want to live well as Christians together :). Both rooms share a bathroom w/ 2 sinks. More info:

-Each room is $1200/mo. (about 11x12ft) plus utilities. Both face the backyard and have large closets. Security deposit $600.

-Bedroom can be furnished or empty (2 can share the room for extra rent)

-Full use of backyard/patio, living room, kitchen (your own pantry/refrigerator space, double ovens, gas stove, large stainless steel sink, microwave, toaster, blender etc).

-Shared cleaning schedule (most cleaning supplies provided)

-Pls no scented products, preferably no pets, only non-smokers, not a party house, visiting friends can stay on occasion for 1-2 nights.

-Be communicative and respectful, abide by house rules (do your dishes, keep areas clean, quiet hours etc).

-Females only please

-House is located close to downtown Brea, the Brea mall, the 57 freeway, Carbon Canyon and Craig Regional parks, CSUF, Biola, Chapman, Disneyland, Knotts and plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc!
