I am renting an large room in a beautiful clean large 4-bedroom house in the Yorba Linda area. It is a safe quiet neighborhood. The room has Pergo flooring. It has a very clean brand new full bathroom. The house is an eco-healthy home with a whole-house water filtration system and UV/HEPA air filtration system built in. It also has an osmosis drinking water system. I have a house cleaner who comes once a month. I currently have one other roommate. Laundry may be used once a week.

The house is within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, Yorba Linda Lake Bed Park, a short drive to Yorba Regional Park, close to Santa Ana Lake Bed bike trail and Yorba Linda Nixon Library bike trail.

Location: 10 minutes to Cal State Fullerton and HOPE University. 15 minutes to Fullerton Community College. 16 min to Santiago College. 21 minutes to UCI & 20 min to Vanguard University when there is no traffic

I value my home as a peaceful, beautiful, clean place to rest and recharge. An ideal roommate is someone responsible, mature, and kind. I value relationships and independent lives outside the home as well as warmth and respect in sharing a home.

Room: 15’5″ x 10’5″ = 162.5 sq feet. It can fit a king bed with two dressers and two end tables. I have a spare single bed if you need to use it at no charge.

A little about me: I am a Christian professional woman who loves Jesus. I am outgoing, positive, athletic, runner, easy-going, independent, involved with ministry, caring, and I love people. I often go out and have a busy life with friends, work, and church. I have two well-trained Siberian huskies that I exercise every day.

My other roommate bio: My roommate is in her 20’s and is a dedicated Christian hungry for the Lord. She attends church in Huntington Beach and is working on building a Christian community in CA after living out of state for a few years. She is respectful, interested in other people’s stories, and loves being outdoors when she can. She is artistic and working on building a career in storytelling and digital art.

What I am looking for:  I would desire to find a 19 to 30-year-old female Christian professional/student who has a pretty full life and works outside the home or is a full-time student, Who loves dogs and would be willing to feed my dogs if I go out of town and you happen to be in town. If you love huskies and feel like walking the dogs when I am out of town, that would be OK also.

Attributes I am looking for: Trustworthy, kind, responsible, an occasional glass of wine OK, respectful, Nonsmoker, Non-Vaper, No drugs, No weed, and a self-contained person. (Sorry no pets are accepted, due to the fact I already own two dogs)
