• Cost: Base rent is $2,680 (subject to a slight upcoming increase). Total with shared utilities generally lands around $1,550/month.
• Other Details: No pets, smoke-free, drug-free, environment.

About Me:

I’m 34, fairly introverted, and work a hybrid schedule as a Digital Marketing Specialist at a local company. I love to spend time with my family and friends, enjoy time outdoors, and discover new local food and coffee shops.

At home, I am pretty relaxed and laid back, clean, and independent. I spend a lot of my free time at home, but generally remain to myself. I also attend a local church in Costa Mesa and a weekly Bible study. My faith is important to me, so finding a roommate with a shared faith and lifestyle is important to me as well.
