My name is Brooke. 🙂 I’m looking for a female in their late-ish 20s/early-ish 30s to fill my roommate’s spot who’s getting married in June. It’s a sweet, safe little apartment complex on the edge of Newport Beach and Eastside Costa Mesa with a great property manager and an easy walk to Back Bay. It’s available as early as June 1st with some flexibility to move in a little after that date. It’s month-to-month, $1135/mo (plus utilities)–includes the bedroom, a private bathroom, and uncovered parking space. There’s also the option to pay $1170/mo if you want the garage spot. I have a good amount of common area furniture, but we can talk about how to incorporate any furniture you want to bring.

A little more about me…I’m 32. I’m a marriage and family therapist, so I WFH a couple days a week and am gone a couple nights a week. I value good/open communication and keeping the common spaces reasonably clean. I would love to be friends with my roommate with no pressure to be best friends. I’m pretty chill overall and enjoy a good dose of introversion/independence when home. I love going on walks, movies, baking, trying to keep plants alive, and making music with people.
