We are two fun loving Christian guys looking for a 3rd roommate to replace our friend who is moving away.  Hoping to find a professional male working full time that will be a great fit and who is responsible, clean & tidy, cooperative, and involved in a local church. We like to live a clean healthy lifestyle. Single occupancy only.

The Private Room with private Bath is in a spacious 2 story condo in a gated community in Newport.  We are located close to the Beach, Fashion Island,  John Wayne Airport, Freeways, Shopping and Entertainment. Amenities offered are Kitchen, Great Room, Patio, Washer/Dryer, Pool and Jacuzzi. You will be able to park your car inside the Garage.  WIFI included.

Room will be available on May 1, 2024.  (or even earlier)

FYI:  No overnight guests, no drugs, no smoking, no pets.
