I have two rooms available for rent in new, 3 story townhome:
⭐️1 master bedroom with a walk in closet and spacious bathroom (big enough for two people)—$1,770
⭐️1 spacious room with own personal bathroom (connected to bedroom)—$1,500
About Home:
-June 1 move in date.
-3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 3 stories, washer and dryer in home, some garage space for storage, plenty of kitchen space and cabinets for food/dishes, ect .
-Natural light, bright, spacious
-I will need to get new dinning room table and couch ect, a current roomate will be taking those furnishings.
-We split utilities, utilities come out to about $95-$125 a month per person (depending on usage), (trash, gas, electric, WiFi, water)
-No pets
-Want to keep it an alcohol free home💕🙏🏼
-No smoking of any sort (marijuana, no vape pens ect.)
-No horror films ect.
-I want to keep this home a place of peace & full of God’s presence and looking for roommates that are on board with that! 🙂
About the neighborhood and HOA:
This is a Townhome and is neighbored by other townhomes and houses in the Great Parks neighborhood. There are several parks, trails, multiple pools, jacuzzis, multiple clubhouses, each home gets a GPN bicycle (1 per house hold), neighborhood cafe 3 minute walk, monthly events and weekly clubs (clubs example: running club for runners, business networking, Spanish club, kids club, ect club, fitness events every week, monthly live band and food events…it’s a whole experience) hosted by The Great Parks Neighborhood, learn more here:

What I’m looking for in new roomies:
FEMALES ONLY: Christian, clean, no dishes piling in sink, clean up after self, don’t let moldy food sit in fridge and rot (spoils whole fridge that we share), respectful/courtesy for other roomies, pay bills on time, loves Jesus!♥️
*I’m mid 30’s and prefer someone late twenties to late thirties, but overall open to the right fit regardless of age.
