The room has a large closet and its own private, detached bathroom with tub. The rest of the house is furnished, so you would only furnish the bedroom. This condo is an upper unit with balcony, central AC, laminate floor in the living room, dishwasher, disposal, covered designated parking space, and laundry in unit. The toilets, oven, fridge, and microwave have all been recently replaced. The condo includes a bonus shared den space (this cannot be used for a third roommate.) It’s located in a safe and quiet community near Irvine Valley College with a pool, hot tub, and easy guest parking in two available lots. It’s easy to access both the 405 and 5 freeways from this complex.

I’m a teacher, and I attend Mariners Church. You would be living only with me and my small dog. Please no other pets, smoking, drugs, or overnight boyfriends. Rent is $1337 plus half of electric, gas, water, and Internet. A minimum six month lease agreement, application, deposit, and credit verification would be required.
