I’m Anthony. I’m 33 years old and looking to fill 1 room in the condo I’ve been living in for almost 8 years. I’ve been living with my current roommates for close to 4 years but both have had sudden life changes requiring them to move out. One room has been recently filled. My landlord is a really awesome guy who has been great to work with and I’d like to keep this place due its affordability and location. You would have a shared bathroom. 

I currently work for Costco Full Time during the day and manage a local Alt Rock band at night. I’m very active in my church, Calvary Chapel South OC. I enjoy hanging out with friends, hitting the gym, going to concerts or enjoying a nice, relaxing night in.

I’m looking for someone who is similarly aged to myself and is a working professional who enjoy/will participate in a clean, respectful and quiet environment. The condo comes with a furnished living room and in-unit washer and dryer on one of the outside patios. These rooms are single occupancy each. Please no pets.

The rooms are $880 a month and an $835 refundable deposit. I would prefer to do at least a 6 month lease. There also is a one time fee for parking of $85 to get your car registered for the complex. Average utilities range from $65 to $90 during the time of year. I value fast WiFi 😂

The room would be available to rent starting 4/1. Please email for videos of the the room from when I moved in initially in 2016 as this website only allows for limited picture uploads.
