There is coin-op laundry available on site as well as a laundromat across the street. Water and Internet are included in rent, electric and gas are split 50/50. Keeping common areas clean and tidy is a shared responsibility.

The neighborhood has a great walking score and is close to the Downtown/Main St. area, but not too close. I have lived here since 2022 and have never has any issues. The neighbors are nice and we look out for each other but also mind our own business.
