Hi! We have a room available in our home for $866, with a move in date of March 1st, 2026. This house is filled with five women who all have stable jobs, church communities, and friends, and we’re looking for a sixth person to fill a room that will be vacant February 28th. We’ve had this lease for 6 years (with different girls moving in and out as marriages/moves have changed lives), and we love this home! It is a two story, six bedroom/four bathroom house located in Costa Mesa, CA, one mile from the CAMP/Lab, super close to the entry to the 405, 55, and 73, and in a really quiet and safe neighborhood.

Our house has its own laundry room, backyard, upstairs loft, two living rooms, dining room, big kitchen, spare room we use for a guest room, and garage (with plenty of ample street parking). We have central A/C on both floors of the house. The open bedroom is upstairs and will share a bathroom with one other girl. The room has a large window, two small windows, ceiling fan, closet, and carpeted floor. 

We’re all in our late 20’s/30’s with stable careers and looking for someone in the same life stage who is a Christian and shares similar values. We are also looking for someone who wants to be part of our house community and not just view this as renting a room in a house. We’d love to meet you and see if this would be a good fit!
