Costa Mesa Rooms for Rent in our home for Female Roommate.
We are renting out our Master Bedroom in our home as we are leaving overseas for an extended sabbatical. Our college age daughter is housing sitting while we are away and looking for a roommate to fill the Master Bedroom. Female Roommates who are: Fun, Reliable, Clean, Friendly and Love Jesus. College students and young working professionals preferred.
House is a 3 Bed, 2 Bath, Single Family Home located near South Coast Plaza, OCC, and Vanguard University.
– Shared full kitchen, living room, backyard patio and laundry in garage.
– Utilities included: heat, electricity, water, gas, internet. (No AC but fans available)
– Free parking in driveway or on street in front of house.
– Close to the 405 and 73 Fwy entrances.
– Garage has fitness equipment for use with agreement.
– Pool in backyard, but is not heated. Roommates must state they know how to swim.
– Large movie library and Apple Tv streaming service in the living room.
– Roommates must be okay with CATS in the shared living spaces. (they sleep in a utility room at night off the garage)
– Pool and Gardening service comes weekly to the home.
Our daughter Micayla is a busy sophomore at UCI majoring in Mechanical Engineering. She loves foreign languages, singing, playing piano & guitar, paddle boarding on the back bay, hiking, and attends RockHarbor Church in Costa Mesa. Currently, we have another roommate who is a busy college student and a junior at Vanguard University.
House comes with furniture in shared living spaces. We have some bed frames and mattresses available.
We will be leaving our home on the morning of September 13th. Move in can be anytime after that.
– No marijuana, tobacco, smoking, vaping or other drug use
– No boyfriends sleeping over.
– No parties.
– Must be able to demonstrate income
– Must be able to provide a pastoral reference.
House is on a cul-de-sac in the North Costa Mesa neighborhood off Fairview and Baker. Hoag Urgent care within walking distance. Staterbros, Sprouts, Target and Ikea near by.
