Hi!
I’m Anthony. I’m 34 years old and looking to fill one room in the 3 bedroom condo I’ve been renting for the past 10 years. I’ve been living with my current roommates for close to 2 years but one is getting married in October.
My landlord is an awesome guy who has been great to work with. He has always worked with us to keep the condo affordable and allows us to do our own thing.
About us:
I currently work for Costco Full Time during the day and manage a local Alt Rock band at night. I’m very active in my church, Calvary Chapel South OC and enjoying hanging out with friends, hitting the gym, going to concerts or enjoying a nice, relaxing night in.
Ryan is 32. He works early morning shifts at a photo lab in San Clemente and overnight shifts as rehab facility. He’s a busy guy who keeps to himself but is out of the house most of the time.
Our perfect roommate:
We’re looking for someone who is similarly aged, working professional who enjoy/will participate in a clean, respectful and quiet environment. The condo comes with a furnished living room and in-unit washer and dryer on one of the outside patios.
The Deets:
The room is $880 a month with a $750 refundable deposit. I would prefer to do at least a 6 month lease but am open to discussing other lengths. Utilities fluctuate around $65 a month. There is a one time fee for parking of $85 to get your car registered for the complex.
The room will be available to rent starting 10/15. Attached is some pictures of the living room and kitchen. I can send you a video of the available room over email!
