My roommate and I are looking to rent our furnished guest room on the Peninsula to a fellow Christian brother thru the Summer (June-August).

Here’s the details:

About us: We are both 30-something young professional guys who work full time and desire to keep this home a peaceful, quiet, clean and organized place for rest and recharging.

About Me:

I work full-time at a resort in Laguna Beach. Above all else, my relationship with Jesus is my highest priority and I aspire to live a healthy and productive life that is honoring to Him. I also love the outdoors, sports, reading/writing, ministry, community and spending time with my girlfriend.

About Ryan:

Ryan is working full-time managing a construction business and finishing his Masters degree @ UCI. He is friendly, quiet, clean & almost never around.

About the Townhouse:

We are blessed by this home and grateful to be so close to the beach. It’s located on the quieter, bayside of the Balboa Peninsula, steps away from the bay, and a quick walk to the beach, Newport Pier and a ton of great boardwalk restaurants. The home itself is 1300 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, outdoor patio and roof deck with gorgeous ocean and bay views.

Private Bedroom: The available private bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk, office chair, 43′ Smart TV/computer Monitor, armchair & coffee table. Bathroom will be shared with me.

Additional Amenities: The house is fully furnished with carpet, tile, marbletop counters, and an in-house washer and dryer.

Rent Details:

Rent is $1500/month for a private bedroom and shared bathroom, which includes all utilities.
