Monthly rent is 1500.00 and utilities are 65.00 a month. A mandatory deposit 1000.00 refundable.

Person must be employed full time. Credit and references will be checked. No pets please, I have 3 cats.
This is a no smoking of any kind property and no drinking or drugs helps with drama free environment.
We share all common areas and I pay for cleaning common areas once a week.
