Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to rent an apartment with me no further south than Huntington Beach, but open to many cities like Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Garden Grove, Anaheim & even Long Beach (which I know is LA but they have some great rentals). Here is a brief summary about me:

Me and very well-trained pup&cat are looking for an awesome roommate with similar values and lifestyles. I am a neat/organized, respectful and pretty laid back person. I can be a bit anal about my space (ex: a disorganized fridge drives me a bit mad) because I like things in order, it makes a home more peaceful. I’m an open communicator and not easily offended which are very important qualities in a roommate because the alternative can be a nightmare. I’m decently quiet when at home, like to have company over here and there but also value my space as a place to recharge and be alone. I enjoy stimulating conversation, cooking, a good book or comfort show, doing something active like a walk with the pup, gym or jiu-jitsu, and sun-bathing. My budget is $1200 including utilities.
