• Rent: $1,100 + utilities (average has been $100-$150 per person, including wifi)
• Tenant would have private room and bathroom. I would ask to use the bathroom when I have guests over for the occasional gathering as it opens to the common area. Street parking.

About Me: I work as a school counselor for a local district. I wake up early (around 5) for work and get home between 3:30 and 4. I have June and July off of work. I am involved in my church and enjoy hosting friends in my home, and would welcome you to do so as well!
