Hello there! I’m Kayla and I’m looking for a female roommate who shares my faith to split my 13’x12′ room and bathroom located in Costa Mesa. The room is $631 between the two of us (for just one, it’s $1262).

I’m an art student in my final semester of school, so I’m fairly busy but quality time is my love language, and I adore roomie hangs when we’re able to make it happen! I also have a tendency to come home relatively late (10-11, and later on occasion) so I’m hoping to find someone who may be a heavy sleeper/doesn’t mind the schedule. The room currently has a bunk bed, but I’m thinking about exchanging it for a loft or regular twin- let me know if you’re interested in rooming and keeping the bunk bed, though.

It kinda goes without saying, but I don’t use any substances and I prefer my roomates don’t as well.
