Hello! I am looking for a female roommate in her late 20’s or 30’s to fill the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in Newport Beach (on the edge of Eastside Costa Mesa) close to Back Bay. It’s a month-to-month lease and will be available starting November 4th. The monthly rent will be $1,200, plus utilities.

The master bedroom available will be unfurnished, has its own private bathroom and lots of closet space. Kitchen and living room space will be shared, however there will be extra space in the living room for a desk if needed for working from home at all. There will be a garage space for parking, and there is a shared laundry room onsite.
