Must be clean.  Rent is $1,000 plus utilities. House is beautiful. 5 bedrooms with 2 separate living rooms. Comes in handy if someone is watching a movie and another roommate has friends over or their girlfriend. Has a 3 car garage with ability to park 4 cars on the driveway (7 parking spots in full).
