We are clean and quiet and looking for a like minded person. (No couples)

This is located in a townhouse. It has  1 1/2 baths, so it is a shared bathroom.

I am just down the street from OCC and Vanguard.

Utilities are included. High Speed Frontier internet.

Washer and dryer onsite.

No Pets. We already have a cat living with us (sorry).

No smokers, please.

Rent is $740 per month. $500 Deposit required.

Rental lease will be for a (12) month period.
