Hello! I live in Brea and have 1 bedroom in my lovely home available Feb. 1st. We are 2 females (30s/40s) and mostly are focused on work, have few people over as our home is our place of peace and rest and are looking for someone who wants the same. We both love Jesus too!

-Shared bath w/ one other female (double sinks, tub shower)

-Females only (currently 2 of us live here)

-No pets, smoking or drama (mature, working women only please)

-Visiting friends can only stay the night on occasion. No loud parties.

-Follow house rules (do your dishes, cleaning schedule, quiet hours etc)

-No scented products inside the house (perfume, body sprays, laundry soap etc.)

-Most cleaning supplies provided

-Rent: $1,200 plus utilities. Month to month.

Communal areas: kitchen, living room, part of dining, sun room and grass backyard with patio. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, less than 2 miles from downtown Brea and literally all the convenience shopping you’d need! Next to Fullerton, Anaheim, La Habra, Yorba Linda, Whittier, Rowland Heights. Between the 5 and 57 freeways.

About me: I’m 38, an art professor, creative, live an active and healthy life, I love yoga, rollerblading, making art, I don’t drink or smoke and keep busy and am career-focused. I also love relaxing at home, catching up with the people I live with, but giving ourselves space too. I’m the homeowner and love living there .
