Hello prospective roommates! We are a house of both guys and a girl roommate interviewing for a 5th roommate for the 5th bedroom of the house from a roommate leaving at the end of lease. We are all Christians from Vanguard, CSU Chico & OCC in our late twenties to early 30s and working full time with one roommate going to school for a master’s degree/working part time. We’re open to a male or female roommate and are looking for the right overall fit. The house we’ve had on lease for 4 years and this is the 5th year of us renewing the year-long lease.

We have a great relationship with the landlord and hope to continue our tenant relationship with him. Our current lease is an annual lease with the roommate option to replace themselves mid lease if they wish to move out. We are a house with 2 dogs and a cat (which stays in the roommate’s room). Our house is pet friendly, if you have a pet there is an additional $50 pet rent a month. Monthly utilities vary, but range between $150-200 a month which includes Wifi.
