Teen Leadership Foundation has a mission to improve the lives of at-risk foster teens
and emancipated youth through our leadership equipping programs and innovative housing model. Based in Costa
Mesa, TLF has built a network of partners locally and nationally, and has earned a positive reputation among foster
care agencies and organizations. Social service agencies nationwide routinely seek out TLF’s activities for foster
youth.

We are looking for an on-site coordinator to be a TLF presence within one of our homes.

Qualifications:
 Past work experience with foster youth or at-risk youth
 Demonstrates a personal passion for at-risk youth
 Customer service attitude
 Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 Possesses good organizational skills and efficient work characteristics
 Strong computer skills: MAC and various software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to handle details, complex schedules and control of their own schedule

Description:
 Live onsite in a 1-bedroom suite to be added support to the residents living in the Launch Pad
 Preserves vision and strategy of The Launch Pad (transitional living house for emancipated foster youth)
through oversight of residents
 Communicates with Launch Pad Coordinator to review resident needs
 Engages relationally with each resident on a minimum of 1 time per week
 Provides support in ensuring residents are doing weekly chores and program requirements (i.e. curfew)
