The lovely girls in this townhome are looking for a woman to move into the master bedroom! This townhome is 2 miles from the beach and nestled just off of 17th street in East Side Costa Mesa. It’s close to the 55 freeway, tons of grocery stores, restaurants, and Back Bay.

Our townhome is in a gated complex, has an in-unit washer & dryer, reserved gated underground parking spots, a storage unit in the parking garage, and plenty of in-unit storage as well. We have a small back patio which is great for catching some sun while sipping coffee or tea, a comfortable living area for lounging and watching TV, and plenty of kitchen storage space for pantry items and dishes.
