Hello! We are two professional Christian women in our late 30’s/early 40’s looking for a third roommate who can move in July or August. Our current roommate purchased a home and is moving out this summer.

The room for rent is a private master suite with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. Rent is around $1,200.

-Utilities shared cost each month, $80 average 

We are looking for another female with similar values who enjoys the benefits of living in community as well as appreciates alone time. We aim for a welcoming, peaceful, and clean environment while enjoying our introverted time to recharge from our busy schedules. No drugs/smoking/vaping and no overnight boyfriends. We are allergic to cats but open to dogs who minimally shed.
