Hi, my name is Dee. I am a Christian female in my 30’s and I work full time. I am looking to rent a master bedroom with private bathroom and a large closet. I prefer to live in Irvine but am open to surrounding areas. I would be WFH on a hybrid schedule and need to fit a desk inside the bedroom. Would also appreciate the privacy to WFH. I only have my bedroom furniture (no living room furniture or kitchen appliances etc.) I like to go to bed early and wake up early for work so prefer someone who respects quiet hours as I work 6:30am – 3:00pm. I like to cook, workout, listen to worship and go to church with friends. My current lease ends mid October and I am available to move in October 19^th or October 20^th (weekend). Can provide full deposit and reference of my current roommate.
