This home is in an apartment complex that was built in 2020. All of the amenities are new and the apartment is actually a 2 story townhouse.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor and include their own bathroom as well as a washer and dryer unit on the second floor to save a trip downstairs.

The first floor has a kitchen island and it comes with a small balcony. I’m open to you bringing whatver furniture. I am sitll in the process of moving.

I am a 36 year old professional with a girlfriend who won’t be coming over. I travel a lot for work, and I’m pretty open for letting you do your own thing !
