I am looking for a roommate for my spot on the Balboa Peninsula. Here’s the rundown:

About Me:

I am a 30-something young professional and Boston transplant. Above all else, I am on mission for Christ and am focused on glorifying Him in all areas of my life, starting with this home.

Aside from that,  I work full-time at a resort in Laguna Beach and enjoy exercise, sports, reading, writing, philosophy, traveling and spending time with friends.

About Ryan:

Ryan is a 30-something young professional working full-time managing a construction business and finishing his Masters degree @ UCI.  He is friendly, quiet, clean & almost never around. The house is quiet and empty most of the week.

About the Home:

The location of this place is pretty awesome. It’s located on the quieter, bayside of the Balboa Peninsula, steps away from the bay, and a quick walk to the beach, Newport Pier and a ton of great boardwalk restaurants. The home itself is 1500 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, outdoor patio and roof deck that has stunning ocean and bay views.

Private Bedroom:

The available private bedroom is furnished with a Double-size bed, dresser, armchair & coffee table. It can be unfurnished as well. Bathroom will be shared with me. 

The house is fully furnished with in-house washer and dryer.

What I’m looking for:

I’m looking for a great fit. My vision for this house is that it will be a peaceful, respectful, clean and organized place for rest, recharging and accomplishing our goals. I am looking for a like-minded roommate who aspires to live a healthy, holy and productive lifestyle. 

Details:

Rent is $1300/ Month for a private bedroom and shared bathroom, plus utilities.
