Rent is $1200, including Utilities, Plus $800 deposit.  Bedroom shares a large bathroom, dual sink and cabinet with 1 other amazing roomie. Home has all the amenities: walk-in closet, white plantation shutters, washer, dryer, and AC. All rooms are upstairs.
