Hi, I have a large bedroom with a shared bathroom in my Fountain Valley home. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom (2 sink) is shared with another female.

We are mature Christian women, one is elderly, and are looking for a like-minded, mature, responsible housemate.  The rent includes all utilities (use within reason), hi-speed internet, kitchen and laundry, and driveway parking.  Rent is $975 / month.  Deposit and references required.  Bed and some furniture is available for an extra deposit.

Prefer someone who has an outside job (not work from home).  No pets, drugs, or overnight visitors.  We are centrally located, close to shopping and freeways.
