About Home:

-3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 3 stories, washer and dryer in home.

-Lots of street parking

-Plenty of kitchen space and cabinets for food/dishes, ect.

-We will split utilities 3 ways (trash, gas, electric, WiFi, water).

-No pets

-No smoking of any sort; no marijuana, no vape pens ect.

-No horror films ects.

-No opposite sex sleepovers!🙏🏼
