A half-room is opening up in our apartment!

APARTMENT: We live in a second-story 2bd/2ba that fits 4 people. You will be splitting a room and a bathroom with a single roommate (see yellow outlines in photos), and you will have a full closet to yourself. We have a twin bed frame + nightstand drawers available if you would like to have them! All of us share a kitchen, a spacious living room, and a small balcony.
Rent is $707 each month, plus a security deposit. Additional utilities are wifi + electricity, as well as any shared supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, etc). The utilities/supply cost varies slightly, so we recommend budgeting for about $750/month.

ROOMMATES: We are all women in our late 20s who work full-time, and we navigate our home through mutual respect, clear communication, and a willingness to both cooperate and compromise. We are generally introverted, and use our home as a quiet space to unwind from the busyness of the day. We are all Christians from different church backgrounds, and seek to honor both Jesus and each other in the ways we share the space. Our home is peaceful, quiet, and clean; some of us drink occasionally, but we don’t smoke, and boys don’t stay overnight. 🙂

AMENITIES: The apartment complex is quiet and beautifully landscaped (running creeks!!) and has plenty of parking, as well as tennis/pickleball courts, multiple pools & a jacuzzi, affordable on-site laundry, and a gym/weight room. Management & maintenance are also incredibly pleasant to work with, and do a fantastic job maintaining the premises. It’s a beautiful, peaceful space! There are also ducks during certain times of year, and lots of cute housecats that wander around outside.
