The apartment is the second closest apartment to the pool and jacuzzi. There are laundry facilities onsite but they are not free. The grounds are very well maintained by the property owners and they are quick to respond to maintenance requests.

The room comes with bed and mattress although you’ll need to supply your own sheets.

The room is right up the street from Fullerton College and a short drive from Fullerton University. Rent equals out to 50% of total rent and bills. Will be asked to either contribute to buying day to day household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) or completely supply your own.
