Hello there!! I’m Kayla, and my current roommate that I’ve shared a room with the past 2 years (also named Kayla :.)) is getting married- so I’m looking for someone to come and take her spot in our room!
The room is downstairs in a 2 story condo in Costa Mesa. The current rent for the room is about $1,260 not including utilities, about $630 split. Rent is month-to-month. We have in-unit laundry, 2 garage spaces and easy street parking that we alternate between bi-weekly. There are two other roommates upstairs, both lovely women of God! We are all in our early to mid 20s, and all working professionals besides myself being a full-time student.
Kayla and I have shared a bunkbed up to this point, but if that is not something you’re comfortable with the room will work just as well with 2 twin beds.
About myself- I am a 24 year old animation student in my senior year, and a good amount of my time is spent on campus or at church! Occasionally I need some time to crash in bed for a while, haha. I love discovering gardens and nature reserves, and I hope to write a graphic novel in the near future. I co-lead my school’s Christian club, which has been an honor and God has poured out so much blessing over it! Quality time is my love language and I love coffee/lunch dates and even simply going grocery shopping together, but I’m also quiet and respectful of everyone’s time and space.
