Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my two bedroom condo in Irvine beginning July 1 (possibly mid-June). The available bedroom comes with its own bathroom (including tub). This condo is on the second floor, and no one lives above. It includes laundry in unit, central air, a balcony, a spare TV room, a large bright kitchen with dishwasher, and a designated covered parking space. It’s conveniently located near both the 5 and 405 freeways in a very quiet, walkable neighborhood. The bedroom and TV room are carpeted; kitchen and bath are tiled; living room area has laminate. Fridge, microwave, oven, and toilets have been recently replaced. Since the condo is otherwise furnished, you will only need to bring what you need for your bedroom (bedroom is shown furnished in the photo but will be empty upon move in). The complex has a pool and hot tub which are open year round and lots of parking. You would be sharing the condo only with me (no third roommate). I have a small hypoallergenic dog, but no additional pets are allowed. A little bit about me: I’m a teacher, from the East Coast, and I go to Mariners church. No smoking, drugs, or overnight boyfriends, please. Security deposit equal to the monthly rent will be required. Rent is $1,337; and you will be added to the lease as a resident.
