Hello!
I currently rent a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment only a 1/2 mile from the beach and 1/4 mile from Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente. I’m looking for a roommate to take the 2nd bedroom.
The apartment has vaulted wood ceilings, fireplace, 1 car garage for storage, driveway parking for 2 cars, and a private patio. Laundry is shared with the other 2 units. The home itself is on the second floor and has lots of privacy and is also fully furnished.
I do have a Goldendoodle puppy, so not looking for any other pets in the house.
Rent is $1,300 per person – not including utilities, which would include: gas, electricity, and internet.
Now a little about me – I am 32 and work full-time in marketing. I take pride in my home and desire that my house would always be welcoming and a safe place for others. I love hosting and entertaining and bringing people together, so it would be great if my roommate felt similar.
