I have a bedroom available for rent in a two bed, two bath upstairs condo in a beautiful gated community in Garden Grove, CA. The room is 11’x12′, with a 2’x8′ closet and private balcony. The adjacent bathroom would be for you as well, and one parking space within a secured 2 car garage, with some storage space available.

The room is not furnished, but the rest of the condo is, including all kitchen appliances. The condo also has its own dryer and washer.

You will be sharing the condo with one other Christian male. We are looking for a dedicated Christian man who goes to church regularly, is committed to his walk with the Lord, and has a full time job. We do not want any drinking, drugs, smoking, illicit content, or girls overnight here. We want this to be a sanctuary and place of rest for anyone who lives here.

Room is available for move in between March 6-11, 2023. Agreement is for 9 months minimum and monthly thereafter, with security deposit required.
